Its size is perfect for every day exploring (EDE) not too big not to small. The responsibly sourced beetle kill Ponderosa Pine was harvested from the Tahoe Basin. Hand crafted in Reno, these knives are built to be used and last generations. The Fremont is named after John Fremont the explorer famous for mapping out and exploring the Tahoe Basin. This knife is built to last and has an unmatched story with local roots. Wood grain will vary from knife to knife highlighting the beautiful bluing effect from the invasive bark beetle, custom engraving is also available.
